Not sure

I really like the colour and the sheen of this nail polish, it is really pretty but I am unsure about the texture part. On my first use it is similar to having got some random bits in the polish rather than having an overall nail effect, it feels like a messed up mani which is a shame, but I am going to give it a few more uses and see if the texture changes as I get through the bottle.
