UPDATE AS OF JULY 4TH

Very similar to below - most orders now being picked within one day, and delivery times much quicker as well. 

Our tracking system should be fully available within 2 weeks.

UPDATE AS OF SATURDAY 13TH JUNE. 

With all safety measures remaining in place, we are now looking to despatch orders within 1 to 2 days. 

You will receive an e mail informing you when your order has been picked. It will then be packed and despatched within 1 working day.

Most orders are sent by Royal Mail and can still take up to 10 days to arrive - but hopefully most will arrive much sooner. 

Once you receive the e mail informing you we have picked your order, we kindly request you to wait 10 days before contacting us if it has not arrived. 

We are hoping to have a more detailed tracking system in place by the end of this month.

Now despatching within 1 to 3 working days - so a relatively normal service.

We did have an issue with e mails not going to customers to tell them orders were despatched, but this has been resolved.  

Please allow up to 10 further days for Royal Mail to deliver. Usual delivery is between 3 to 5 working days. WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU ALLOW THIS PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE CONTACTING US.

Please allow up to 10 further days for Royal Mail to deliver. Usual delivery is between 3 to 5 working days. WE WOULD BE GRATEFUL IF YOU ALLOW THIS PERIOD OF TIME BEFORE CONTACTING US. 

We want to keep you updated about how we’re now improving our service to customers, while ensuring the safety of our staff.

As some of you may have experienced, due to all the changes we’ve had to make to ensure safe working practices, some of your online orders have been delayed.

We are truly sorry for this and incredibly grateful for your patience and loyalty during these challenging times. It’s made a real difference to us all.

The ordering situation is also now improving every day. Delays are being reduced and we’re working as hard as possible to deal swiftly with any enquiries you have – again, please bear in mind that our customer service can’t be exactly as we’d like right now.

The big unknown is the length of time Royal Mail will take to delivery - we are hearing of customers receiving their parcels up to 2 weeks after it leaves our depot. Unfortunately we do not track Royal Mail at this moment in time, but again are working hard to be able to do this very soon. 

If your order contains more than 5 nail paints or has a value over £50, it will be sent by UPS. Delivery timing is quicker with them, but we have also had days when they have not been able to pick up from us.  

If your order is sent via UPS you will receive tracking updates from them. Unfortunately we are not able to track Royal Mail parcels right now, but are working to have that in place by mid June. 

We are, of course, keeping our services under constant review and will follow Government advice at all times.
