This policy sets out the basis on which personal information about you may be collected and used when you use www.BarryM.com (whether to just browse or make a purchase) or at Barry M’s official Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat,TikTok, Pinterest and YouTube accounts (“Social Media”), purchase Barry M items (“Items”) from our site or from our partners’ (“Partners”) stores and websites (“Third Party Platforms”). By using the site, registering a Barry M account, interacting with us on Social Media and purchasing Items from Third Party Stores you are accepting and consenting to the terms of this Policy.
Barry M Cosmetics Ltd, “we”, “us”, “our” and “Barry M” (company number 2520696) is the owner and operator of the site and the relevant accounts on Social Media. Our headquarters are at 1 Bittacy Business Centre, Bittacy Hill, Mill Hill East. London NW7 1BA.

Communication & Marketing
If you have made a purchase from our online store we may occasionally update you on our latest products, news and special offers via e-mail, post &/or telephone. You will also be given the opportunity to receive such communications from us and selected third parties when you sign-up to BarryM.com.
All members have the option to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us and/or selected third parties. If you do not wish to continue to receive marketing from us and/or selected third parties you should opt-out by visiting 'Your Account' on the BarryM.com website. You can access 'Your Account' and "Edit Account" once you register and login. Or click on the "unsubscribe" link in any email communications which we might send you.
Mobile SMS Marketing Terms of Service

The Barry M mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Barry M Cosmetics Limited (“Barry M”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Barry M’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Barry M through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Barry M. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to BarryM or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other Barry M mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

How, why and where we collect data
We collect information when you use our site. We collect it in different ways but at each point of collection we will notify you - look out for the pop up boxes and banners on the site - these will give you a quick summary of what we're collecting and why and you will have the option of clicking through to get more detailed information (see section "Information Provision" below to find out what information you'll get but you can always ask any questions by contacting at us using contact details below).
Payment Option Providers - Klarna
In order to be able to offer you Klarna’s payment options, we will pass to Klarna certain aspects of your personal information, such as contact and order details, in order for Klarna to assess whether you qualify for their payment options and to tailor the payment options for you.

Please note this does not include information which we have inferred or derived, for example, information we have collected about you to understand your shopping habits with Barry M in order to give you a good customer experience.

By interacting with us on the Social Media (including without limitation joining our official Barry M group/page or following us on the Social Media, “liking”, “re-tweeting”, writing a comment in relation to a page on the Social Media) (“Interacting” or “Interaction” (as applicable)) you agree to our interaction with you on the Social Media and the processing of your information accessed on the Social Media in accordance with that Social Media platforms terms of use and privacy policy. The information about you that may be collected when you interact with us on the Social Media may include without limitation your name, your user profile, your age, your preferences, choices and viewpoints with regards to the topic or subject matter of the relevant Social Media page, your photos and other images and your videos. Your Interaction with us on the Social Media may also involve you submitting a photo or video of you (“Your Image”) to us.
