Delivery and Returns



UK standard delivery is £3.00. UK delivery is free when you spend £25 or more.

Please note that we only ever charge per delivery and NOT per item. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout.

Non Hazardous UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail and hazardous goods will be sent via UPS.

Royal Mail restricts us from sending four Nail Paints in one order therefore, if you order four or more Nail Paints your order will be split into two consignments or be sent via UPS

Orders over the value of £50.00 will be sent via UPS tracked.

International orders will be sent via UPS.

We also reserve the right to deny orders which we suspect to be fraudulent in nature.



We have a temporary pause on shipping to EU countries. We apologise for any inconvenience and we will be resuming service as soon as possible, please check back for updates. 

We ship to most countries around the world however due to shipping regulations and legislation we can no longer send Nail Paint to Australia, Russia, Iran and South Africa.

International delivery - Depending on location cost of shipping is calculated by Destination and Shipping Service. International delivery charges range from £18 to £30 via a fully trackable and signed UPS service. 

European shipping is temporarily paused, we'll be back soon. European shipping charges have had to increase for 2021, to take in to account extra charges from couriers including UPS due to new shipping paperwork required. The shipping charge will be £20.00 and countries outside Europe including Asia and the USA will incur a shipping charge of £30.00 (this may be subject to change at any time).

Please also note that UPS are only able to carry a maximum of 11 Nail Paints in one package and therefore if ordering larger quantities please be aware that extra shipping costs will be charged for additional packages sent.

All prices displayed on this website are in GBP, if you want to know the price in another currency you will need to convert it using the current day's exchange rate.

Please note that no tax or duty charge is included in any International Shipment (including the EU) , and you may be asked to pay extra duty and VAT before your item is delivered by the relevant courier service. 



We try our best to get all orders placed on a weekday before 12pm GMT (BST during the summer months) shipped that day, but can take up to 3 working days during busier periods and after Public Holidays.

Orders to a UK address are then sent via Royal Mail which should take 3 to 5 working days (but is taking up to 10 working days in 2020/21). Orders to European and International addresses are sent via UPS which can take up to 5 to 10 working days.



We have added in a Priority shipping option for UK customers via UPS. The cost is £10 and as long as you order by 11am, we will prioritise packing and shipping your order for same day dispatch and your order will be shipped with UPS - please note that some more remote areas may take 48 hours. Please note that UPS only deliver on weekdays and not weekends, and the parcel will need to be signed for. 



Items not received? We always try to ensure that your goods are delivered on time. However, sometimes it is delayed by factors beyond our control i.e. adverse weather conditions, public holidays, bank holidays and strikes etc.
If you are not at home when delivery is attempted a card will be left with the carriers contact details for you to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact the carrier, they will attempt to deliver again, on the third attempt your parcel will be returned to us.

Please note: Redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by UPS until they carry out an investigation which may include a search of their shipping system and operation centers, or calls to recipients or shippers the UPS search process usually takes seven to ten working days.

Royal Mail do not classify an order as “Lost” until 10 working days after the due date in the UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. If you still haven't received your order after this time period, please contact our customer service team by email: or by phone on 0208 349 2992.

If you have not received your order we will endeavour to resend your items out to you again once the delivery is deemed lost by the courier. The order will be resent via Royal Mail Signed for or UPS tracked, a signature will be required for re-delivery.

Please note we cannot offer refunds for orders deemed lost by the courier. We must receive notification from you within 30 days from the date of your order that your parcel has not arrived. Claims made after this time cannot be upheld.
For any products bought through a retailer and deemed by Barry M to be faulty we can only offer a monetary refund to those who can supply a receipt for their order when requested by our Customer Service Team. Barry M has the right to refuse any form of compensation to those customers who fail to show a receipt upon request.



If you are not delighted with your online or by phone purchase from Barry M, and if you are based in the UK, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, less the delivery costs.

If the item is faulty or the delivery incorrect, please return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of order and we will exchange your order for the correct items ordered. Please return your order (enclosing a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable) in its original condition and packaging, and send to:

International customers  - if delivery is refused by the receiver then UPS will charge us £20.00 for the return delivery (customers from Europe it’s £12.00) This amount will be deducted from your refund.

Please note, your country may require you, the customer, to pay import charge/duties, customs and local taxes for your products. Barry M Cosmetics is not liable for these charges. We would advise you check this before placing your order.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim should your package be lost.

Please note: If you purchased your item at a store, salon, shop or any other organisation independent of then you must adhere to THEIR returns policy. Returns for purchases made from other organisations may NOT be returned to Barry M Cosmetics; we will only accept returns on orders placed directly with Barry M online on or directly over the phone to Barry M’s head office. Items purchased from a separate retailer and returned directly to Barry M will be returned to the sender.
