Unfortunately, due to Brexit we are unable to ship to Europe and so have postponed this service. We are looking o work with a partner to bring yo goods directly in Europe soon.

Final shipping costs are calculated at point of checkout.
International deliveries will arrive via a fully trackable and signed for UPS service.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING INFORMATION:

  • **We ship to most countries, however due to regulations and legislation, we can no longer send Nail Paint to Australia, Russia, Iran and South Africa.
  • All prices displayed on this website are in GBP, for other currencies you will need to convert based on the current exchange rate.
  • If you are shopping in the USA or Australia, we have dedicated Barry M sites for your country. Please use the dropdown in the top right corner and select your location to shop.
  • Shipping charges are subject to change at any time.
  • UPS can carry a maximum of 11 Nail Paints per order, so please be aware if your order exceeds this amount that additional shipping charges may apply.
  • No taxes or duty charges are included in any International Shipment (including the EU), and you may be asked to pay extra duty and VAT before your item is delivered by the courier service. Barry M Cosmetics is not liable for these charges. We would advise you check this before placing your order.
  • We reserve the right to deny orders which we suspect to be fraudulent in nature.

 

FAQ

Can I get my order shipped quicker?

We have a priority shipping option for UK customers. Priority orders placed by 11am are dispatched same day and will be delivered in 1-2 working days via UPS. You may need to sign to receive your parcel.

Why haven’t I received my items?

We do our very best to ensure that your orders are delivered on time. However, sometimes there are delaying factors outside of Barry M’s control, such as adverse weather, public holidays and strikes.

If you are not at the stated address when delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with details on how to rearrange delivery. If you fail to contact the carrier, they will attempt to deliver once more. Following a failed third attempt, your parcel will be returned to us. Please note, redelivery of returned orders will incur an additional delivery charge to resend to you.

An item is not classified as "Lost" by UPS until they carry out an investigation which may include a search of their shipping system and operation centres, or calls to recipients or shippers the UPS search process usually takes 7 to 10 working days.

Royal Mail do not classify an order as “Lost” until 10 working days after the due date in the UK, 20 working days for Europe and 25 working days for the rest of the world. If you still haven't received your order after this time period, please contact our customer service team here.

We will endeavour to resend your order once the delivery is deemed lost by the courier. The order will be resent via Royal Mail Signed for or UPS tracked, a signature will be required for re-delivery.

Please note we cannot offer refunds for orders deemed lost by the courier.

We must receive notification from you that your parcel has not arrived within 30 days from the date of your order. Claims made after this time cannot be upheld.

For any products bought through a retailer and deemed by Barry M to be faulty we can only offer a monetary refund to those who can supply a receipt for their order when requested by our Customer Service Team. Barry M has the right to refuse any form of compensation to those customers who fail to show a receipt upon request.

 

UK RETURNS

If you are not delighted with your purchase from BarryM.com, please return the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of receipt for a refund. 

Incorrect items received
Please return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of order and we will exchange for the correct items.

Faulty items received

Please enclose a note with details of any faults and/or damage where applicable, in its original condition and packaging.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS


If you need to return your BarryM.com purchase, please send the item(s) unopened and in their original condition and packaging to: Barry M Cosmetics 1 Bittacy Business Centre Mill Hill East London NW7 1BA

Returns must be sent within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they reach us and we therefore strongly recommend you send them registered post and retain proof of postage, as you will need this to make a claim should your package be lost.

If you refuse to accept delivery of your order, UPS will charge Barry M for return delivery This amount varies between £12 - £20 and will be deducted from your refund.

 

IMPORTANT RETURNS INFORMATION

If you purchased a Barry M item at a store, salon, shop or any other organisation independent of barrym.com then you must adhere to the vendor’s return policy. Returns for purchases made from other organisations cannot be returned to Barry M Cosmetics. We will only accept returns on orders placed directly with Barry M online on barrym.com or directly over the phone to Barry M’s head office. Items purchased from a separate retailer and returned directly to Barry M will be returned to the sender.
