How To Use
Create a smoked out, eye-enhancing stormy look. Using a large, fluffy brush, buff matte shades across your lids, and use a flat brush or your fingertip to apply the shimmer shades directly onto the lid and on the inner corner. For maximum pigment, spray your flat brush with our Setting Sprays before applying the shimmer shades!
