Registering takes just a few minutes, but will save you lots of time as you will not have to re-enter your contact details each time you make a purchase. To register, simply enter a memorable password when prompted to do so on the Customer Details Page when placing your first order. For subsequent orders, just enter you e-mail address and password to retrieve your address details.

To simplify the checkout procedure, you will need to go through the ordering and checkout procedure for each address.

Postage and packaging charges for deliveries within the UK are charged at £3.00. Europe/International delivery - Depending on location cost of shipping is calculated by Destination, Weight and Shipping Service. Payment Methods - MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit, and PayPal.



All postage and packaging charges are charged per order and NOT per item. Delivery costs will be confirmed at the checkout stage.

Online we accept secure online payment with all major credit cards. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Pay and Klarna.

A: No, Rewards can’t be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated.

A: Yes, points expire after 12 months of no activity (no earning or redeeming points).

A: Points earned on returned or refunded products will be removed from your balance.

A: Yes, if there’s no activity for 12 months, or if misuse, fraud, or policy violations occur.

Q: What should I do if my email changes?

A: Update your email in your account settings to ensure you don’t lose access to your Rewards.

Q: How do I leave the programme?

A: Yes, the terms, benefits, and even the existence of the programme can be modified or cancelled at any time.
