International Women's Day: Celebrating Girl Power
We know that women haven’t always had the rights we have today and we know that on many accounts we’re still fighting to get the rights and recognition we deserve! However, there is a long list of influential women who have shaped our world today through their strength and willingness to speak up to help us get the rights we deserve. Join us in celebrating International Women’s Day by giving a few of these wonderful women a shout out.
Cleopatra: "I will not be triumphed over"
Emmeline Pankhurst: "You must make women count as much as men; you must have an equal standard of morals; and the only way to enforce that is through giving women political power so that you can get that equal moral standard registered in the laws of the country. It is the only way."
Rosa Parks: "I would like to be known as a person who is concerned about freedom and equality and justice and prosperity for all people."
Frida Kahlo: "At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can."

Nora Ephron: "My mother was a good recreational cook, but what she basically believed about cooking was that if you worked hard and prospered, someone else would do it for you."
Princess Diana: "I like to be a free spirit. Some don't like that, but that's the way I am."
Malala Yousafzai: “Education is education. We should learn everything and then choose which path to follow." Education is neither Eastern nor Western, it is human.”
