Excellent eyeliner

When my old coloured eyeliner was disconnected I searched high and low for a new one. That search came to an end when I found this beauty. It is smooth, does not irritate and the colour is just vibrant enough to look fantastic without being gaudy.

Love this buildable colour

Beautiful rich blue which can be layered and pairs perfectly with brown or blue eyes.very long lasting and waterproof. Worn it swimming and all night long at parties. Removes easily with jojoba oil on a cotton pad.
