Nice colour
I think it's a good idea to use white base before applying this to really get the hi viz effect but it's still a nice colour. Consistency is a little watery and took 3 coats but lasts well and dries quickly.

Not worth the effort
If you want the full neon effect then use white polish underneath - you don’t necessarily need to buy the activator polish, any white will do. However, be prepared to wait…..a very very very long time for these to dry. It’s so thin on application you need at least three to four coats. Ok, but time consuming.
