Matte and gloss
I’d give it more of a 4.5 bc it has a habit to dry a bit clunky and uneven, even after two coats. But that may also be my lack in skill with nail polish, also to even it out I use a top coat but that makes this nail polish glossy and I think these colours work both as matte and glossy, and I like that I can do that. :))
Great coverage
The colour goes on really well and great coverage after 2 coats, as it’s Matt it’s dries really quickly as too. I love the velvet nail paint range.
